The SLO Blues are just 200 days away from the start of their 80th season!
The San Luis Obispo Blues are officially 200 days away from Opening Day, marking the start of a historic milestonet - he organization’s 80th season of summer baseball in San Luis Obispo. As preparations ramp up, the Blues are excited to share several key updates with fans, students, and community partners.
The celebration begins with the launch of a brand-new Blues website, built to make it easier than ever for fans to stay connected. The redesigned platform features improved navigation, updated visuals, and dedicated sections for news, tickets, schedules, and internship opportunities - all in one place.
On the field, the Blues are thrilled to announce the return of Head Coach Dean Treanor for his fourth season at the helm. Treanor, a respected baseball veteran with decades of professional experience, continues to bring invaluable leadership and energy to the program as he guides the team into this landmark year.
Off the field, internship applications are officially open for summer 2026. The Blues offer hands-on roles in operations, media, promotions, and hospitality. Applicants must be enrolled in college courses, and those interested are encouraged to apply early to secure their preferred department.
Fans can also expect the initial 2026 schedule to drop in the coming weeks. The release will feature a blend of familiar league rivals and fresh opponents as the Blues prepare for another exciting slate at Sinsheimer Stadium.
For those planning ahead, Season Tickets will go on sale starting November 28, featuring a limited-time Buy One, Get One 50% Off offer through January 1. Fans hoping to give the gift of baseball this holiday season should note that sales will pause from December 20 through January 1, so early ordering is encouraged.
